The Smok'n Jersey Shorecats have been cooking together for many years now at family gatherings, parties, and just for fun. You see, they're just 3 guys who happen to be brothers-in-law; yep, they married three sisters, and when they get together on a Saturday or Sunday, there is cooking for at least 30 people. About two years ago, they had a huge party: 200 guests; a band; and lots of BBQ, chicken, pork butt, and ribs. The show stopper was a 110 lb. hog stuffed with 6 whole chickens and vegetables, spinning on the rotisserie. About a week after that party, they were watching the Food Network, caught the episodes on BBQ Competitions and decided to put together a team. Since then, they have a few competitions under their belts and now they are hooked on competing and showing off their Jersey Shore Style.
